COVERED STORAGE Sample Clauses
The Covered Storage clause defines the requirements and conditions under which goods or materials must be stored in a protected or enclosed environment. Typically, this clause specifies that items sensitive to weather, temperature, or contamination must be kept in facilities that shield them from such risks, such as warehouses or covered sheds. By establishing these standards, the clause ensures the preservation and integrity of stored items, minimizing damage and loss due to inadequate storage conditions.
