Common use of Covered Entity Clause in Contracts

Covered Entity. “Covered Entity” shall generally have the same meaning as the term “covered entity” in 45 CFR 160.103, and in reference to the party in this Agreement shall mean the Kitsap Public Health District.

Covered Entity. “Covered Entity” shall generally have the same meaning as the term “covered entity” in at 45 CFR C.F.R. § 160.103, and in reference to the party in to this Agreement shall mean the Kitsap Public Office of Health DistrictCare Financing.

Covered Entity. “Covered Entity” shall generally have the same meaning as the term “covered entity” in at 45 CFR C.F.R. § 160.103, and in reference to the party in to this Agreement agreement, shall mean the Kitsap Public Health DistrictTALBOT COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT.

Covered Entity. “Covered Entity” shall generally have the same meaning as the term “covered entity” in at 45 CFR 160.103, and in reference to the party in to this Agreement agreement, shall mean the Kitsap Public Buyer or University Health DistrictSystem or its affiliates.

Covered Entity. “Covered Entity” shall generally have the same meaning as the term “covered entity” in at 45 CFR C.F.R. § 160.103, and in reference to the party in to this Agreement agreement, shall mean the Kitsap Public Health District(TALBOT COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT).

Covered Entity. “Covered Entity” shall generally have the same meaning as the term “covered entity” in at 45 CFR 160.103, and in reference to the party in to this Agreement agreement, shall mean the Kitsap Public Health DistrictXxxxxx Regional Medical Center.
