Common use of Covered Entity Access Clause in Contracts

Covered Entity Access. Business Associate will, within 10 business days of Covered Entity’s written request, make available during normal business hours at Business Associate’s offices, all records, books, agreements, policies and procedures relating to the Use or Disclosure of PHI for the purpose of allowing Covered Entity or its agents or auditors to determine Business Associate’s compliance with this Agreement.
