Coverage When. both Spouses are BOARD Employees When both spouses are employees of the BOARD, they shall be enrolled for one (1) Family Plan or two (2) Single Plans or one (1) or two (2) Family Plans, whichever coverage is the minimum coverage requirement for their individual family situation.
