Coverage under L26 Clause Samples

The 'Coverage under L26' clause defines the specific scope and terms of insurance or protection provided under section L26 of an agreement or policy. This clause typically outlines what types of losses, damages, or liabilities are included, any applicable limits, and the conditions under which coverage is granted. For example, it may specify that certain events or parties are covered, while others are excluded, and detail the process for making a claim. Its core practical function is to clearly delineate the extent of coverage, thereby managing expectations and reducing disputes over what is protected under the agreement.
Coverage under L26. 7 may be used for coverage of a class or classes on an occasion when a Teacher is absent for part of a school day. Coverage cannot be provided to replace a Teacher absent for a full school day except for the portion of the school day when an occasional teacher is late for such assignment. L26.10 Once the assignments outlined L26.7 have reached an average of 20 per F.T.E. Teacher in any school, a meeting of the Secondary Consultation Committee will be called to review the assignment of coverage and supervision in that school.
