Coverage Representations. Sprint PCS will make information available to VMU for VMU to create coverage maps. The map information may depict some future coverage that may or may not be identified as such. PCS Service may not be available in all areas shown on the coverage maps due to a variety of factors, including relocation or modification of Facilities, environmental or topographical conditions, such as building configuration, or unexpected capacity demands. The maps will not reflect temporary coverage changes or coverage gaps. Sprint PCS is not liable to VMU or End Users for any claim or damage related to or arising out of or in connection with any map information, including the accuracy thereof.
