COVERAGE E – PROFESSIONAL AND MALPRACTICE LIABILITY. To pay on behalf of the Insured all sums which the Insured shall become Legally Obligated To Pay as damages because of Bodily Injury, Personal Injury or Property Damage arising out of malpractice or error or omission committed during the policy period in the rendering of or the failure to render (1) medical, dental or other professional treatment or service related to physical or mental health or (2) other professional services.
