Common use of Coverage Descriptions Clause in Contracts

Coverage Descriptions. At the Administrator’s sole discretion, the Administrator has the option to repair or replace with similar equipment or devices. If a water heater’s part or model is no longer available or is a special order item, the Administrator will provide a reasonable substitute of standard commercial availability and color. The use of refurbished, reconditioned, or non-original manufacturer’s parts by the authorized independent plumbing contractor is expressly permitted in the Administrator’s sole discretion. Certain items, events, and losses are not covered by this Service Agreement. Please refer to Section E – Exclusions of this Service Agreement.
