Common use of Covenants, Representations and Warranties of Master Servicer Clause in Contracts

Covenants, Representations and Warranties of Master Servicer. By its execution and delivery of this Agreement, the Master Servicer makes the following representations, warranties and covenants on which the Indenture Trustee relies in accepting the related Receivables, on which the Indenture Trustee relies in authenticating each Series of Notes, on which the Noteholders rely on in purchasing a Series of Notes and on which the Owner Trustee relies in executing each Series of Certificates. The Master Servicer covenants as follows:

The Master Servicer covenants as follows:

By its execution and delivery of this Agreement, the Master Servicer makes the following representations, warranties and covenants on which the Indenture Trustee Issuer relies in accepting the related Receivables, on which the Indenture Trustee relies in authenticating each Series of the Notes, on which the Noteholders rely on in purchasing a Series of the Notes and any Additional Principal Amount thereunder, on which the Owner Trustee relies in executing each Series of the Certificates[ and on which the Insurer relies in issuing the Note Policy]. The Master Servicer covenants as follows:
