Covenants Related to System Restoration Bonds and Transition Property. (a) So long as any of the System Restoration Bonds are outstanding, the Seller shall treat the Transition Property as the Issuer’s property for all purposes other than financial reporting, state or federal regulatory or tax purposes, and treat the System Restoration Bonds as debt for all purposes and specifically as debt of the Issuer, other than for financial reporting, state or federal regulatory or tax purposes.
