Covenants in Subcontracts. All obligations imposed on Tenant under this Agreement pertaining to the maintenance and operation of the Leased Space and compliance with the ACDBE requirements in this Agreement are deemed to include a covenant by Tenant to insert appropriate provisions in all Subcontracts covering work under this Agreement and to enforce compliance of all Subcontractors with the requirements of those provisions.
