Common use of Covenants in Credit Agreement Clause in Contracts

Covenants in Credit Agreement. Each Guarantor covenants and agrees with the Credit Parties that, from and after the date of this Agreement until this Agreement is terminated pursuant to Section 5.15, that such Guarantor shall take, or refrain from taking, as the case may be, each action that is necessary to be taken or not taken, so that no breach of the covenants in the Credit Agreement pertaining to actions to be taken, or not taken, by such Guarantor will result.
