Covenants For so long as the 2018 Notes remain outstanding or any amount remains unpaid on the 2018 Notes and the Indenture, the Guarantor will, and will cause each of its Subsidiaries, as applicable, to comply with the terms and covenants set forth below (except as otherwise provided in a duly authorized amendment to this Guaranty as provided herein):
