Covenants and Confidential Information. (a) The Executive agrees that during the Term of Employment and for so long as he is entitled to receive any benefits or payments under this Agreement (but in no event for less than one year after the Term of Employment) and, as to subsection 9(a)(iii) below, at any time after the Term of Employment he will not, directly or indirectly, do or suffer any of the following:
