Covenants Acknowledgments and Agreements. (a) Reasonable Best Efforts. Each party shall use its reasonable best efforts to timely satisfy each of the conditions to be satisfied by it as provided in Sections 5 and 6 of this Agreement. (b) Securities and Blue Sky Laws.
