COVENANT OF QUIET ENJOYMENT. Landlord covenants that it has the right to make this Lease and that, if Tenant shall pay all Rent and perform all of Tenant's other obligations under this Lease, Tenant shall have the right, during the Term and subject to the provisions of this Lease, to quietly occupy and enjoy the Premises without hindrance by Landlord or its successors and assigns.

COVENANT OF QUIET ENJOYMENT. Landlord further covenants that Tenant, upon performing the covenants and that, if Tenant shall pay all Rent and perform all of Tenant's other obligations under this Lease, Tenant shall have the right, during the Term and subject to the provisions agreements of this Leaselease to be performed by said Tenant, to quietly occupy will have, hold and enjoy quiet possession of the Premises without hindrance by Landlord or its successors and assignsleased premises.

COVENANT OF QUIET ENJOYMENT. COVENANT OF QUIET ENJOYMENT. Landlord hereby covenants that it has the right and warrants to make Tenant that, provided no default by Tenant under this Lease has occurred and that, if Tenant shall pay all Rent and perform all of Tenant's other obligations under this Leaseis continuing, Tenant shall have the rightpeaceably and quietly have, during the Term and subject to the provisions of this Lease, to quietly occupy hold and enjoy the Premises without hindrance by Landlord and all rights, easements, appurtenances and privileges belonging or its successors and assignsin any way appertaining thereto, during the full term of this Lease.

COVENANT OF QUIET ENJOYMENT. Landlord Landlord, for itself and its successors and assigns, warrants to and covenants with Tenant that it has the right to make this Lease and that, if provided that Tenant shall pay all Ground Rent and Other Charges and shall otherwise observe and perform all of the covenants and obligations on Tenant's other obligations part to be kept and performed under this Lease, Tenant shall have have, hold and enjoy the right, quiet enjoyment and possession of all of the Premises during the Term and subject to the provisions of this Lease, to quietly occupy and enjoy the Premises without hindrance by Landlord any let, hindrance, or its successors and assignsmolestation of any person or party whatsoever.

COVENANT OF QUIET ENJOYMENT. 13.01. Landlord covenants that it has the right to make this Lease and that, if Tenant shall pay all the Base Rent and Additional Rent and perform all of the terms and conditions of this Lease to be performed by Tenant's other obligations under this Lease, Tenant shall have the right, during the Term peaceably and quietly occupy and enjoy possession of the Premises without molestation or hindrance by Landlord or any party claiming through or under Landlord, subject to the provisions of this Lease, any Mortgage to quietly occupy which this Lease is subordinate and enjoy any encumbrances of record affecting the Premises without hindrance by Landlord or its successors and assignsPremises.

COVENANT OF QUIET ENJOYMENT. Landlord covenants that it has Subject to the right to make terms and provisions of this Lease and that, if Tenant shall pay all Rent on payment of the rent and perform compliance with all of Tenant's other obligations under this Lease, Tenant shall have the right, during the Term terms and subject to the provisions of this Lease, to the Tenant shall lawfully, peaceably and quietly have, hold, occupy and enjoy the Premises during the term hereof, without hindrance or ejection by the Landlord or its successors and assignsby any persons lawfully claiming under the Landlord; the foregoing covenant of quiet enjoyment is in lieu of any other covenant, express or implied.

COVENANT OF QUIET ENJOYMENT. Landlord covenants that it has the right to make this Lease and that, if Tenant shall pay all Rent and perform all may not be in Default under Section 17.1 of Tenant's other obligations under this Lease, Tenant shall have the right, during the Term and subject to the provisions of this Lease, to quietly occupy and enjoy the Premises pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Lease without hindrance by Landlord or its successors and assignsassigns lawfully claiming by or through Landlord.
