Covenant of Depositor and Trustee Not to Place Trust in Bankruptcy. Each party hereto covenants that it shall not, until at least one year and one day after the termination of this Agreement, take any action to file an involuntary bankruptcy petition against the Trust or cause the Trust to file a voluntary bankruptcy petition.
