Common use of COVENANT OF COMPLIANCE Clause in Contracts

COVENANT OF COMPLIANCE. The Issuer covenants with the Trustee that it will comply with and perform and observe all the provisions of these presents which are expressed to be binding on it. The Conditions shall be binding on the Issuer, the Trustee, the Noteholders and the Couponholders. The Trustee shall be entitled to enforce the obligations of the Issuer under the Notes and the Coupons as if the same were set out and contained in this Trust Deed, which shall be read and construed as one document with the Notes and the Coupons. The Trustee shall hold the benefit of this covenant upon trust for itself and the Noteholders, and the Couponholders according to its and their respective interests.
