Common use of Courtesy Tows Clause in Contracts

Courtesy Tows. Upon direction of City through its police officers or authorized staff, Contractor shall tow vehicles for accommodations of public utility work, parades or street closures, street construction, for actual or threatened riot or civil disorder and/or emergency situations. Courtesy Tows are exempted from the City’s compensation under Article VII.
