COURSE WORK REQUIREMENTS. If an employee is asked by the Board of Education to secure additional training that may be a requirement for new positions or instructional program that the Board is creating, the Board shall reimburse the staff member for tuition, books, fees and mileage to and from school at the rate established in Article 38 Travel Expense. Staff members eligible to receive such reimbursement will be recommended by the superintendent, subject to the approval of the Board of Education.
