Common use of COURSE PROGRESS Clause in Contracts

COURSE PROGRESS. All students must maintain satisfactory course progress. Student visa holders who do not make satisfactory course progress will be reported to the Department of Education(“DoE”)/Department of Home Affairs(“DHA”).
