Course Content Collaboration. Licensee will designate a main point of contact ("PoC'), project manager, and/or any other individuals as requested by AccountAbility to enable Course Content creation, collaboration and approval on matters pertaining to the Parties' duties under the Agreement. AccountAbility will designate a dedicated course manager as the primary contact for Licensee on any issues relating to the Course Content, approval, administration and related matters.
