County Responsibility. Parties agree the County shall, as applicant, be responsible for holding public hearings and preparing and submitting the CDBG funding application and supporting materials in a timely and thorough manner, as required by the Act and the federal regulations established by HUD to secure entitlement grant funding beginning July 1, 2024.
