COUNTY RECOGNITION. The Borrower shall insure recognition of the role of the County Board in providing loan funds through this Agreement. All activities, facilities and items utilized pursuant to this Agreement shall be prominently labeled as to funding source. In addition, the Borrower will include a reference to the support provided herein in all publications made possible with loan funds made available under this Agreement.
