County Project Director. and the duties of County Project Manager, enumerated in Paragraph 3.2 (County Project Manager), into one County position, and to assign all such duties to one individual who will act as County’s liaison in all matters relating to this Agreement. County will notify Contractor no later than five (5) days prior to exercising its rights pursuant to this Paragraph 3.4
