COUNTY PERMITTING RESPONSIBILITIES. The County will be responsible for making all filings, applications and reports necessary to obtain and maintain the Transfer Station and Drop-Box Site Permits required for the operation of the Transfer Station and Drop-Box Sites, subject to the Company’s responsibilities under Section 7.2. The County will pay all application fees and periodic fees in connection with the Transfer Station and Drop- Box Site Permits.
