County Notice. The County shall provide ninety (90) days’ notice to the State in advance of the estimated date of the County’s completion of the Phase I Benchmarks. After receiving this notice, the State will have thirty (30) days to provide the County with a draft Phase II Funding Agreement.
County Notice. If County becomes aware at any time that Franchisee has not fully and timely met its Performance Obligations, then County may provide Franchisee with a Notice thereof specifying any damages that Franchisee must pay County in accordance with Exhibit 14.01 within ten (10) days of Notice, unless Franchisee contests payment of damages as provided in Subsection (d).
County Notice. Upon Notice of request by the Director, FRANCHISEE shall use its best efforts to promptly provide Franchise Services to any Premises, as the Director deems necessary to protect public health or safety.
