COUNTY May Perform Sample Clauses
COUNTY May Perform. COUNTY, at any time, without notice to the Borrower, and at the Borrower's expense, either in its own name or in the name of its nominee, may, but shall not be obligated to, do and perform such acts as it may deem proper to preserve the Collateral and exercise such rights, powers and remedies with respect to the Collateral that an owner would possess. COUNTY shall notify the Borrower or cause the Escrow Agent to notify Borrower of such acts within a reasonable amount of time after they are taken by COUNTY.
COUNTY May Perform. Subject to the provisions of Article 16.1 of this License, if the CRCA shall fail to observe, perform or comply with any of its covenants, agreements or obligations under this License, the County may, but shall not be obliged to, at its discretion and without prejudice to any other right, claim or action it may have, rectify such non-observance, non-performance or non-compliance, as the case may be, whether or not performance by the County on behalf of the CRCA is otherwise expressly referred to in the applicable Section of this License. For such purpose the County may make any payment or do or cause to be done such things as may be required including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, entry upon the Lands or the Facility. Any such performance by or at the behest of the County shall be at the expense of the CRCA and the CRCA shall pay such costs or expenses plus an administration charge of 15% to the County on demand.
