County Easements Clause Samples

County Easements. Lessee and Lessor acknowledge and agree that the Premises are subject to the County Easements shown on Exhibit A to this Lease. Lessee also acknowledges that, pursuant to the terms of the County Easements, Lessor and the County may agree to relocate the County Easements as is necessary or appropriate in light of the New Improvements on the Premises. Lessor and Lessee shall consult in good faith with respect to the relocation of any of the County Easements, but Lessor shall have the final authority to agree with the County with respect to such relocation.
