County Documents. The County will provide to the PCEA President one copy of the most current Personnel Law, Administrative Procedures, Police Department General Orders and Homeland Security SOP’s. Revisions to above will be supplied to the PCEA. These documents will be provided one time a year in July.
County Documents. The County Restrictions, the County Note, the County Loan Agreement, the County Intercreditor Agreement, the County Deed of Trust, the County Subordination Agreement, and all other documents and instruments evidencing, securing or pertaining to the County Loan.
County Documents. All documents relevant to employee conduct, whether generally applicable to County employees or specific to housestaff physicians, including but not limited to codes of conduct, disciplinary procedures, institutional and departmental policies, adaptations of applicable law and regulations, will be provided annually by the County to the Association, with any changes and additions provided in a timely manner.
County Documents. Prior to the approval of the County Documents by the County and at least fifteen (15) days prior to Close of Escrow, the Developer shall deliver to the City the County Documents, in substantially final form, for the City’s reasonable approval, or as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter. The City review of the County documents will be to confirm the County Documents are consistent with the approved Financing Plan.
