Common use of Counterparts; Telecopy Signatures Clause in Contracts

Counterparts; Telecopy Signatures. This Agreement may be executed by different parties hereto on any number of separate counterparts, each of which, when so executed and delivered, shall be an original, and all such counterparts shall together constitute one and the same instrument. Delivery of an executed signature page by telecopy or electronic signature delivery system (in either case in a form acceptable to the Collateral Trustee) shall be effective as delivery of a manually executed signature page to this Agreement.
