Common use of Counterparts; Signature Clause in Contracts

Counterparts; Signature. This Indenture and any indentures supplemental hereto may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which so executed shall be deemed to be an original, but all such counterparts shall together constitute but one and the same instrument. Delivery of an executed counterpart of a signature page of this Indenture and any indenture supplemental hereto by facsimile transmission or other electronic means (including “PDF” or similar files) shall be effective as delivery of a manually executed counterpart of this instrument.
