Common use of Counterparts; Headings Descriptive; English Language Clause in Contracts

Counterparts; Headings Descriptive; English Language. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts and by the different parties hereto on separate counterparts, each of which when so executed and delivered shall be an original, but all of which shall together constitute one and the same instrument. The headings of the several sections and subsections of this Agreement are inserted for convenience only and shall not in any way affect the meaning or construction of any provision of this Agreement. All documents to be delivered by any party hereto pursuant to the terms of this Agreement or any other Credit Documents and all certificates, reports or notices to be delivered or communications to be given or made by any party hereto pursuant to the terms of this Agreement or any other Credit Document shall be in the English language or, if originally written in another language, shall be accompanied by an accurate English translation upon which the other parties hereto shall have the right to rely for all purposes of this Agreement and the other Credit Documents.
