Common use of Counterparts; Facsimile or Electronic Transmission of Signature Clause in Contracts

Counterparts; Facsimile or Electronic Transmission of Signature. This Agreement may be executed by one or more of the parties to this Agreement on any number of separate counterparts, and all of said counterparts taken together shall be deemed to constitute one and the same instrument. The manual signature of any party hereto that is transmitted to any other party or its counsel by facsimile or electronic transmission shall be deemed for all purposes to be an original signature.
