Counterpart Executions. This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts; each of which when so executed and delivered shall be deemed to be an original, but all such counterparts together shall constitute one and the same agreement. This Agreement may be executed and delivered by facsimile, which when so executed and delivered shall constitute a binding agreement.
