COUNTER PART EXECUTION. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts and each such counterpart shall be deemed an original Agreement for all purposes; provided that no Party shall be bound to this Agreement unless and until all Parties have executed a counterpart. Delivery of a copy of a counterpart by facsimile or email by one Party to the other Party shall be deemed to be delivery of an original by that Party.
COUNTER PART EXECUTION. This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed and fully effective as an original and all of which together shall constitutes one and the same instrument.
