Count Sequence Clause Samples
The Count Sequence clause establishes the order or numbering of items, actions, or events within a contract or agreement. In practice, this clause may specify how deliverables are to be numbered, how procedural steps are to be tracked, or how recurring obligations are to be sequenced over time. By providing a clear method for counting and referencing items, the clause ensures clarity and prevents confusion or disputes about the order or identification of contractual elements.
