Counselor Clause Samples

The Counselor clause defines the role, responsibilities, and authority of a legal advisor or representative within an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines who may act as counsel for each party, the scope of their involvement, and any limitations on their actions, such as requiring written consent for certain decisions or communications. By clearly establishing the parameters for legal representation, the clause helps prevent misunderstandings and ensures that all parties are aware of who is authorized to act on their behalf in legal matters related to the contract.
