Common use of COUNCIL’S REPRESENTATIVE Clause in Contracts

COUNCIL’S REPRESENTATIVE. 6.1 The Council's Representative shall be the person nominated in writing by the Council from time to time to act in the name of the Council for the purposes of the Agreement. 6.2 The Council's Representative shall have power to issue instructions to the Supplier on any matter relating to the provision of the Services and the Supplier shall comply therewith. 6.3 From time to time the Council's Representative may appoint one or more representatives to act for the Council's Representative generally or for specified purposes or periods. Any act or instruction of any such representative shall be treated as an act or instruction of the Council’s Representative.
