Council Composition and Selection. The PDAC shall be comprised of 10 members, 5 bargaining unit members who shall be selected by the Association and 5 administrative members who shall be selected by the Superintendent. Committee members shall serve for terms of one year each and may be reappointed to subsequent terms. Vacancies will be filled in the manner of original appointment.
