Cots & Cribs Clause Samples
Cots & Cribs. The sum of $1.50 ($2.00 January 1, 2008) for the combination of set up/take down of a cot by the Houseperson, and $1.50 ($2.00 January 1, 2008) for the Room Attendant and/or Houseperson, for the make-up of a cot will be effective date of receipt of written notice of ratification.
Cots & Cribs. Effective with the date of signing of the new agreement:
a) a sum of one ($1.00) dollar shall be paid for the combination of set- up/take down of a cot or crib by the House keepin g House person;
b) a sum of two ($2.00) dollars shall be paid to the Room Attendant for the make up of a cot or a crib.
c) a sum of two ($2.00) dollars shall be paid to the Room Attendant for the make up of a sofa-bed when used by guest as a bed.
