Cots & Cribs. The sum of $1.50 ($2.00 January 1, 2008) for the combination of set up/take down of a cot by the Houseperson, and $1.50 ($2.00 January 1, 2008) for the Room Attendant and/or Houseperson, for the make-up of a cot will be effective date of receipt of written notice of ratification.

Cots & Cribs. Effective with the date of signing of the new agreement:
