COSTS OF ENFORCEMENT, WAIVER OF EXEMPTIONS, SEVERABILITY AND STATUTORY REQUIREMENTS. A. Tenant shall pay all costs, expenses, fees, and charges incurred by Landlord in enforcing, by legal action or otherwise, any of the provisions of Lease, including the payment of reasonable attorneys’ fees.
