Costs of correcting or repairing defects in the Project and/or any associated garage facilities of the Project and/or equipment, or the replacement of defective equipment, to the extent such costs are covered by warranties of manufacturers, suppliers or contractors, or are otherwise borne by parties other than Landlord.
