Costs and Liability. Licensee shall pay all costs associated with the relocation of the Ditch System and the construction of the above-described structure(s). Licensee agrees that Licensor shall have no liability for the relocation of the Ditch System or for the construction, maintenance, use, existence, or removal of any structure covered by this Agreement, and Licensee expressly agrees to bear such liability.
