Costs and Expenses Relating to Access by the Managing Party. Except as otherwise provided in any Ancillary Agreement, the provision of access pursuant to this Section 7.3 shall be at no additional cost or expense of the Managing Party or any other Party (other than for actual out-of-pocket costs and expenses, which shall be allocated as set forth in Section 7.1).
