Cost Reduction Document. Any cost reduction proposal may be accepted, in whole or in part, in writing by the Department which acceptance shall be memorialized in a Cost Reduction Document mutually agreed upon by the Parties. The Cost Reduction Document shall: Reduce the Contract price by the amount of savings that are agreed upon by the Parties; Specify the changes in service delivery;
