Cost Overrun Preferred Equity. If a Member has made a Preferred Equity Contribution pursuant to Section 3.3(f), then such Member shall have the option, at any time and from time to time following the Preferred Equity Redemption Date for such Preferred Equity Contribution, to Convert all or any portion of such Unreturned Preferred Equity contributed pursuant to Section 3.3(f).
