Common use of Cost of Transaction Clause in Contracts

Cost of Transaction. Except as otherwise provided herein, whether or not the transactions contemplated hereby shall be consummated, the Parties agree as follows: (i) the Seller will pay the fees, expenses, and disbursements of the Seller and its agents, representatives, accountants, and counsel incurred in connection with the subject matter hereof and any amendments hereto; and (ii) Purchaser shall pay the fees, expenses and disbursements of Purchaser and its agents, representatives, accountants and counsel incurred in connection with the subject matter hereof and any amendments hereto.

Cost of Transaction. Except as otherwise provided herein, whether or not the transactions contemplated hereby shall be consummated, the Parties agree as follows: (i) Owners and the Seller Company will pay the fees, expenses, and disbursements of Owners and the Seller Company and its their agents, representatives, accountants, and counsel incurred in connection with the subject matter hereof and any amendments hereto; and (ii) Purchaser shall pay the fees, expenses and disbursements of Purchaser and its agents, representatives, accountants and counsel incurred in connection with the subject matter hereof and any amendments hereto.
