Cost of Delivery and Recordation of Documents. The costs relating to the delivery and recordation of the documents in connection with the Mortgage Loans as specified in this Article II and in Article II of the Sale and Servicing Agreement shall be borne by the Unaffiliated Seller or the Originators.
