Cost Distribution Level. BCH is tiered with three internal organizational levels, in order from highest to lowest tier: line of business, department, and cost center. There are six lines of business (each, a “LOB”): Corporate, Distribution, Engineering, Field Services, Generation and Transmission, each of which is divided into two or more departments (each, a “Department”), each of which is further divided into cost centers (each, a “Cost Center”). ABS Partnership shall allocate the Service Charges for each Billing Unit to the BCH organizational groups (the “Cost Distribution Levels”) as identified in Attachment C. It is understood by the Parties that Attachment C will not be completed on the Effective Date but is expected to be completed by mutual agreement of the Parties prior to the service Commencement Date. ABS Partnership shall prepare the cost allocation in a manner consistent with BCH’s accounting model and code blocks.
